Dear friends I am sending my memorandum to Chairman on (1) to increase the
subsidy under floater policy and (2) admission of pensioners into
Exgratia scheme .
Kindly read the memorandum and further suggestions, if any, may
be sent to me . In October 2017 I sent similar memorandum .Nodody
cared I attempted again with the available data .
