RESIGNATION-NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PENSION

                DEAR    FRIENDS                                                                         29-4-19

                       IN JUNE 1995  SCHEME       THERE IS   PROHIBITION  OF   ADMISSION INTO  

                       PENSION SCHEME . MANY  EMPLOYEES   WITH MORE THAN 20 YRS  

                       SERVICE    WERE      DENIED  ADMISSION .   V R S came only   on 28-6-95

                        Earlier to  Pension scheme  , if some employee  wanted to leave th e Institution 

                         he/she  must  resign .   Terminology  Retirement   was used  and applied , 

                        in case  the age   is 55 yrs complete .  There is lot of  case law  on

                       Resignation        and        Pension .   No relief was granted. . I  read  judgement   of  

                        Nagpur Bench of  Bombay High Court  . The writ filed   by  an RBI  employee..

                         The  HC  directed     RBi    to  admit  .  Now  I do not have  a copy
