WRIT IN KERALA HIGH COURT

  Dear friends
My attention has been drawn  to  a discussion  on   the plight  of  300 class 1
officers retired   between  1-8-92  and 31-3-93 .  All are aware   that  writ   based on sound  arguments
was filed   in jan 2009 .   With another  petitioner  ,  in competition  filed another writ.  Kerala HC took
more than one year  to  tag that writ  to the main petition . Instead of    hearing   the main petition  the HC
devoted   time otherwise.   After several  petitions  by Sri KT Shyamkumar,, our  advocate , for early
hearing   the  case  was  jut heard  for   5 minutes. LIc COUNSEL,   PRESENT  SAID   LIC  WANTS  TO
ARGUE.   Okay. The Bench could have  continued   to hear but   unceremoniously  adjourned to 28-5-2019

WAGE REVISION  FOR 9 MONTHS TO  CLASS  1 RETIRED     WHO GOT WAGE  REVISION  FROM 1-4-93.   As  suggested by   Sri  Ch Mahadevan ,  let them   do   anything they  like
but   don't  obstruct   the case   of  class 1   retd   between 1-8-92 and 31-3-93  and   no wage  revision
benefit.
Here  I would like  tell  our friends,  I  sent a memorandum  to  MOF/ DFS . It was estimated that   about 12000 class 1 officers  are   will be eligible  , if  wage  revision  is allowed from  1-8-92 itself
Lot of home work was done  but pensioners from LIC do not have  GOD FATHERS.
