And pensioners have to wait for three more months to get it when the future value of the rupee would have definitely gone down vis-a-vis its present value resulting in pensioners getting less than what they should in real terms!
High time our Associationsdid something about this, too.
(We have four, five Associations and I'm reminded of a couple of lines from the Malayalam poem 'pathinaluvrtham" (पतिनालुवृत्तम) :

The context is disrobing of Draupadi by Dussasanan and the lines quoted state (roughly translated) : "Husbands not one, not two, not three but are five clever and heroic ones".
