Instructions for Divisions as decided by the competent authority...
In view of central govt instructions dated 24/3/2020 in connection with 21days lockdown of entire country from 25/3/2020 to 14/4/2020 & allowing Insurance under essential services, all Divisions(including Branch offices) to liaise with District authorities & obtain permission/passes for skeletal staff to be decided at your end(for Branches also) to do the following activities..
1.. Commission to be released by all offices tomorrow/day after & credited to agents accounts through NEFT.
2. All IPP payments to be processed and payment released on 1st April'2020.
3.All pension payments to be processed and payments to be released on 1/4/2020.
4.Branches should display notice saying LIC is open ,but people to be encouraged to make cheque payments and put in drop boxes and opt for online payment options...
No office should display any notice saying that LIC/cash counter is closed due to lockdown. ..
5.All employees to carry I Card & not to go for any kind of confrontation with police personnel if they don't allow movement on road...
Offices should only attend to work of urgent nature..
