but only to enhance & accelerate Restraint as a way of life & living ,inculcating in every member of family,Elders,children ,siblings & institutions & employees Right ways of cleanliness & hygiene & above all to crown the series of tough& tougher measuresc to promote quicker return to near normalcy sooner,

thanx to cooperation & understanding deeper implications of DOs & Donts & thereby rewarding ourselves as a Disciplined Society & Abiding Mosaic of a Nation called India , our Motherland .

2)Isolation : this is more easily said than done .We are a mixed society prone to loud talks, raising our voice & shouting . 3)At any rate this confinement in 4 walls whether Simple or Rigorous has led to carefree life , knowing but not practicing concept ,Prevention is better than cure, avoiding Exercises which go a long way to create flexible body, joints in good shape,muscles only where necessary avoiding uncouth obesity not able to see your own shadow,walking atleast within the space of apartments ,tending to promote oxygen flow,breathe fresh air & ozone thereby adding strength, fitness & agility .Virtually we are returning to old moorings of our ancestors & ancient culture Welcome.

4) Yes , again old practice of leaving slippers outside, cleaning hands,sanitizers,removes all dirt & filth, leads us to Godliness .Some consider Lockdown as a punishment unnecessary. They forget the intrinsic & extrinsic value of Prayers,Meditation focusing on one fixed flame or idol & devising one of many ways suitable for developing Concentration which many don't have & always vacillate.A Holistic personality can evolve only thro these & other pragmatic interventions Queer it is human mind does not cling to Select,Fixed Absolutes tested by our earlier generations as a sacred way of developing a Balanced Personality . My father had plentyof black hair amidst few grey even at 70 He lived a full life.We tried to emulate him. We were a Joint family of 25 in a crowded Chintadripet locality.Myself & Ramesh & others , nephews,nieces studied in Hurricane lamp.We graduated & also applied for IAS & cleared LIC Direct Recruit exams , downstairs 14 tenants ! all without electricity ! Vicissitudes & middle class life brings in the best . So too clampdown & restrictions are a way to drive out Corona virus

ii) She sent to the Priests of 3 temples We last 10 years in particular helped temples to grow in many ways 

She offers Rs 3500 pm for the bigger temple with 27 deities

iii) She offered now during Lockdown no income for priests as devotees are  barred from entry & only the arathi prasadam to be given to those waiting st precincts of entry to temple distributed by priest 

She sent Rs 2000,1000 & 1000 Poor priests authority in mantras,slokas, vedas ,decorations crying their fate were delighted for this ennobling offer

iv) Servant maid has a family of total 5 & children in Shutdown deprived of breakfast,meals etc,Madam decided that to the best of our ability ,from purchases which select Outlets send SMS data, order & same or next day arrives.Mrs Kishore packs her own way of a just combination of nutrients,eatables, vegetables,fruits & hands over weekly .The union of hearts & the spontaneous response of thanks & gratitude is to be seen to be believed .To her husband an Autorickshaw driver ,as he is able to go out for select rides ,Mrs Kishore offers normal charges plus more adequate to be utilized for family as a supplementary

v) Our Birthdays are 14April,17,21,& 25 April,our grandson,Mrs SK,daughter, & RBK respectively 

Our landmark 50th Wedding Anniversary falls on 31st May 2020 .Godwilling at VaalleeswaranPeriyaNayagi TempleMylapore we want to sanctify by performing yagam& Group Priest recitation of Vedas,that reengaram & vibration is unique .If we can't preserve ancient spiritual & sciencebased rituals & promote positive culture, who else will do.I am now deemed to have witnessed 1000Full Moons, unique & rare phenomenon 

I do Amavasya tharpana even now, in fact Tomorrow is Amavasya . Some never see the Calendar, for them Time is not important .

'Awaits alike the inevitable hour,

    Sad , why even sickening , telephone, email, SMS, reminder1,reminder 2 ,no response means , cast aside the Appeals of Activists or OB/ECmembets,this from those who retired from 2002 to today Decent Pension & sumptuous Retirement Benefits they can graciously participate Pray they respond .We have lost energy but we did many glorious things for Pensioners
