I have a doubt after reading in the print media about different views published on the summer vacation for the Law courts in the state/country.
1. Is it necessary. If the answer is yes please substantiate.
2. Is this concession available to any other wing of the State.
3. Will the abolition of the court holidays help not only the litigants but also help to clear the heavy backlog of cases.
4. Should the courts stop giving adjournment as a matter of routine.
