Pleadings through written submissionis

             Dear  friends                                                                                                            20-4-2020

I  was  seriously  thinking . whether  there is a way out.  Now that there is  100%
uncertainty about   future  the petitioner may consider the following  suggestion.
Is there any damage  to the strength of arguments  between oral and  written submissions?  In fact
what a counsel might have omitted  to present orally, may complete  through written  submissions.
As on today condition  of the nation and also supreme court  is horrible. What is the wrong if the
petitioners approach to permit them   to file written submissions to  be considered by the Bench in
chambers. But for Shaheenbagh  protests  our petition  might  have  been heard. Now  absolutely
no chance. I am a layman in the court procedures . There is no clarity on observance and
non observance   of summer vacation.I appeal to the case managers   to  speak to the
counsel and avail the   chance if found  beneficial. Even if the SC works in summer vacation , no guarantee.
           Thanking u
           csmurty
