How to calculate the Mediclaim premium for self (employee/Retired employee /family pensioner) and other dependent member?

Use table A
(a) what is your category or basic compulsory basic sum insured 5 lac/6 lac or 10 lac
(b) find the premium for the basic sum insured for the your age group from table A
(c) find the premium for the selected family floater sum insured from table A
(d) fromm the premium for the selected ff sum insured deduct 75% of the premium for the basic sum insured.
(e) the net amount is the subsidised premium for self.
(2) for the dependent member similarly calculate the premium from the table B.
(3) Sum of (1)& (2) is the annual mediclaim Premium for the family.
