Errors in the calculations of arrears of Difference of Pension and Difference of Commuted Value

 I have come across one case of Vizag Dn where Pre-revised PAC and Post-revised PAC are same. How can it be. The result is for 8/2021 the Pension is minus by more than 10,000/-.

Some thing like that might have happened & therefore OS dept., might have referred back the case to ZO.

The person from Vizag retired in 12/2019 in DM Cadre. He referred the case to me. I calculated his diff in CV and Pension diff. At no point of time the revised Pension goes into minus in his case.

He called me just now and informed that ZO has referred his case to SDC.

One more case of Dharwad Dn also has come to my knowledge that negative figures to the tune of more than 2 Lakhs has come. Here also the person retired is from DM Cadre.

Some such errors have crept in - either due to a bug in the software or otherwise. 

So my appeal to every one who have received the Calculation Sheet to check thoroughly the calculation aspect - whether negative figure has come or not.
