This Pass will be useful for travel by public transport, entry in Offices, Malls, Airports, Railway Stations etc. This may be obtained through the link given below :-

After opening the above site type registered cellphone number given while taking the vaccination. Enter the OTP received & print the Pass Cum Certificate.
