Meeting of Retired Employees A ,Karnal on 22.05.2022

Today meeting was attended by a big numbers of members at Arya Samaj Mandir Sector 13 Karnal. The detail discussion on Mediclaims were discussed by member and clarification for operation of App were told by Sh.DS Duhan ji who is dealing with this IT related mattered.The greviences  of family Penssioners were discussed by Sh.Sunil Chinda ji. S tentative team for future activities was formed having 7 members .And after returning from Silver Jublee Conference Bengluru the decision for Karnal Division Penssioners Biannual Conference will be taken .Accounts upto 31 st May be prepared by Sh.Thakral ji and will be discussed in Executive meeting scheduled First week of June .The charge will be given to New Cashier Sh.RL.Kataria ji .Sh T.L.Chandla ji as Vice president fir head quarter and Sh. Sunil Chinda ji for branches. Sh Kushal Anand ji from Ambala and Sh.Subhash Gera ji from Kaithal Sh. DS Duhan ji as Secretary IT were considered as tentative team which will get approval in AGM of Association in the coming days. An advisory committee was also considered consisting 4 members. Sh.JR Jain,Sh.DP Thakur ji Sh. RK Thakral ji and Sh RK.Sahni ji from Kurukshetra will guide the team in coming tenuer.An honouring programme for seniors Leaders was also discussed which was accepted by house. In coming AGM will call 3 leaders from outside who have adequate knowledge of working of Penssioners Association for enlighten the activities and knowledge for different aspect of retiree. An exclusive demonstration regarding handling of modules/App pertaining to retirees will be prepared which will be helpfull fir all . An extension for Identity cards was given to those who have not applied till date. 5th June 2022. The court hearing date if retirees regarding revision of penssion is 12/07/2022 computer Generated. An additional appeal to those who have not paid their silver jubilee conference contribution was made.Those have not enrolled themselves till date are again requested to please get themselves enrolled with Association. Rs 2100/-Silver Jubilee celebration  contributionwas given by Sh ND Goel ji was announced by secretary. After serving with light refreshments and passing vote of thanks the meeting was dissolved.
