Thank you Bhargavi, so kind of you to have remembered this Octogenerian,Super Sr Citizen active even at 12 midnight or 1am too as Activists & those who read,are thorough & knowledgeable are few.With class Charter of Demands pensions for those Groups are fairly high,but all.others left Way Behind
I remember with nostalgia our Direct Recruits intensive,extensive,Managerial,Behavioural, Personality development Tests the Quiz,the Extempore the Syndicate & Conference Hall hallowed places,I tell you, the visiting Dignitaries interactions, the Union Leaders face to face 2 hour programmes, Theoretical combined with Practical illustrations & workout, Session with Incharge FMs in evenings, the beautiful TT games we had,MOCK UNSessions ,Wa,Cultural programmes of All India Pan variety, India in.Microcosm really our daughter Kalpanas Violin with SRI Susobhan Sarkar later MD, BONHOMIE at our Residence of our Groups,
-- class Syndicate& then Conference discussions , Incident Exercises, Visiting exemplary Mgt & Mktg Experts oh, the monthly Correspondence Report & equally other Group Reports ,kindling imagination, sure BIMASHIKSA internal Magazine of the Session Members, proliferating the vastness of embedded talents excavated as it were,
the various Committees to carve & create Leadership Qualities of head & heart, We Professors kneedeep& thorough, the instructions for Practical Training in.Branches,Field Training, Division,Zone,CO before,a
Panorama,multidimensional,,encyclopaedic et all,no wonder all.of you became Performers,none lackadaisical, skill,& thrill Joy of Leadership, theory wedded to practice, sweet Memories you kindled, Bhargavi, long long years passed by but down Memory lane, you enabled me bring a mental picture, I became younger by this of your observations
