Please note SC order dated 1/9/2022 directs to list the case in Nov 2022.(2ndNov perhaps)
Despite forceful prayer by our Sr Advocate to list the case at an early date, the order is directing for listing in Nov. 2022. This aspect has to be discussed and analysed to plan further courses of action. Consultation with other petitioners, if deemed proper may also be thought of.
Some whispering is there that it may be on the insistence of the Central Government, this may also be kept in mind while reaching any conclusions.
