There are some issues in the smoth function of the Jeevan Saakshya App integrated in the LIC DIGITAL APP and the same are being sorted out by the Developer Team of LIC.
Hope that the said Jeevan Saakshya App would be made

Useless app
I downloaded the app on my phone and tried to register. I entered my phone number and email address as was instructed. However the app kept on asking to input the phone number and email address. This shows the quality of the app and its designers.
After capturing the photo in Jeevan Saakshya App, i get an error "USER SESSION NOT CREATED. PLEASE CALL THE 'HYPERSNAPSDKCONFIG.STARTUSERSESSION()' METHOD"
It appears to be a programming error. How can this be resolved please.
Last year (2022) this App was working fine without any errors.
Last year, 1922 I could create the life certificate on the app. But this year after capturing the photo in Jeevan Saakshya App, I get an error
"USER SESSION NOT CREATED. PLEASE CALL THE 'HYPERSNAPSDKCONFIG.STARTUSERSESSION()' METHOD"
I get the same error:

What is the solution to this ? Kindly update .

I am also facing the issue “ User session not created “ in my IPad. This happens when I click the camera icon upon requesting for a selfie photo.
- I am facing another issue in my Android phone. After successful authentication of AADHAR card details, I am getting an error message “ Server error”
It was much better last year. They have made some technical changes but have not tested properly before releasing it.
Hope LIC will look into this matter and fix all the bugs soon.
I am getting an error during registration “mobile/email is not registered in your pension records”. Can someone help for this error
