With the approval of the Chairman of the IBA Standing Committee on HR, it has been decided to hold a meeting of the Committee with Unions/Associations on Wednesday, 19th July, 2023 at 2.00 p.m. as per below schedule at IBA Committee Room, Centre 1 Building, WTC, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai.

Timings (19.07.2023)

2.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m.

Meeting with representatives from Unions & Associations

2. The agenda for the meeting is "Changes/Improvement in Medical Insurance Scheme and making it cost-effective"

3. We therefore request you to please convey suitably to the General Secretaries of Constituent Workmen Unions/ Officers' Associations of UFBU to make it convenient to attend the meeting by their authorized representative's and share valuable inputs to the Committee.

4. The Meeting shall be preceded by Lunch at 1.00 p.m. We request you to kindly join us for lunch and attend the meeting.

5. We also request you to please acknowledge and send us a line of confirmation of your attendance by 18.07.2023 at hr@iba.org.in
