You are hereby informed that Honrsble Finance Minister Smt Nirmala Sitharamanji blessed the community by approving our long pending issue of Family Pension and the draft has been sent to Law Ministry for approval and giving legally shape to Notification. Hopefully the draft notification shall be expected by Wednesday.
This progress I already conveyed to Mehta ji and Agnihotri ji on my pursuance visit to DFS on Friday last.

👆message received from Mr A.V. Tyagi, Delhi who had persistently pursued the matter at DFS level for the entire fraternity although there were many a slip between the cup and lip but at the end of it, the matter reached its logical end.
We should owe ocean of thanks to him and all amongst us who have at their level approached FM, MPs and several Ministers which has augured well at the end of the day.
