COMPANIES THAT SPEND THE MOST ON THEIR EMPLOYEES

LIC With 98463 employees as on 31.03.2023, the total employee cost of 40134.87 crores works out to be average cost of 4076137 per employee. 

This figure seems to be very large if we consider all costs like salary, TE/DA, meal coupon, mileage, monthly reimbursements etc.

 Even if we consider the incentive bonus of all IB earners, not sure whether the average cost per employee would be more than 40 lakhs.
