UBI EMPLOYEES PENSION AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2023

Even though it is indicated as amended upto 2023, the following two amendments do not appear in the regulations:

1.Increase in rate of family pension to 30% of last pay without ewf 1/4/2021

2.100% DR neutralisation in respect of retirees of the period upto 31/10/2002.

Thus the Pension Regulations  need to be updated and published afresh.
