All India LIC Employees Federation reacts to the wage offer of 14% made by the Chairperson on 16.2.2024 during the Information Sharing Session -
*Seeks improvement in wage offer to meet the expectations and aspirations of the employees*
*In NPS scheme, LIC's contribution should go up from 10% to 14%* without being prejudice to our demand for Old Pension Scheme.
*Stagnation of employees needs to be addressed without delay. For Assistant- no. of stagnation increments to be increased and for HGA span of stagnation increments needs to be reduced from 3 years to 2 years*.
*Enhancement/Updation of pension needs to be addressed without any delay*.
