*It is historic from many parameters.*
*First, we had not gone for a single day strike.*
*Secondly, it is signed just 16months completion of due date.*
*Thirdly, percentage of increase in payslip cost is highest if you compare the previous settlements.*
*Fourthly, ex- gratia for pensioners.*
*Fifthly Transfer allowance : 40k*
*sixthly Special Allowance scale 1 - 26.5% Scale 2&3 - 28.3%*
*seventhly, For CAIIB - Additional increment*
*Eightly Hra - 1% Increase.*
*Lastly, inclusion of five day banking in the main clause of joint note which will be implemented within 180days after clearance from government.*
