One further thing to be noted in the working of multiples for determining ex gratia payment is that 100% neutralisation has been effected for pre- November 2022 retirees.
If & when ex gratia is announced for LIC pensioners, it has to be seen whether 100% DR eutralisation is also done simultaneously for pre-August 1997 retirees.
