Dear Comrades,
*Re: Implementation of Kerala High Court Order dt. 07.02.2024.*
We have taken up the issue relating to fixation benefit to class I Officers retired between 01.08.1992 and date of notification of wage revision and implementation of the related order of Hon'ble High Court of Kerala when AIIPA delegation met Executive Director(P) on 24.05.2024. (Please refer to AIIPA Circular No.06/2024 in this regard.)
We are happy to inform that the CO issued direction to all Offices to review all such cases, refix salary notionally and to grant pension revision accordingly, vide their Circular dt. 05.06.2024. Our effective intervention has thus fructified.
Please pass on the information to all the Pensioners concerned.
