Re: One time ex gratia payment to pensioners/family pensioners- REJOINDER
This has reference to our earlier letter dtd.02-06-2024 sent today regarding the captioned matter.
When the demand is made by us for ex gratia payment on bank pattern with improvement, it goes without saying that, it should be made applicable to all the pensioners/family pensioners as on 31-07-2022, irrespective of age.
As such, the demand made by us for 5 times of the one-time amount of ex gratia pension, should be paid to all the pensioners/family pensioners as on 31-07-2022, irrespective of the age at retirement, including VRS optees.
This rejoinder is sent to make our demand clearer, beyond any ambiguity.
