The M C Jain case judgment & Kerala HC judgments cover only those who retired between 1/8/1992 & 31/3/1993 and not those who retired after 1/4/1993. 

LIC on its own will not review cases of post March 1993 retirees. The aggrieved retirees will have to approach the courts.

The Joint Forum has written a letter to LIC Chairperson on this issue , but I am not sure of a positive outcome, because for even the pre- April 1993 retirees, LIC is considering paying the revised pension for similarly placed retirees only after Kerala HC judgment.
