Re: Kerala High Court judgement.
As suggested, I spoke to Mr A. Sarkar E D (P) just now and he confirms that instructions have been issued to Zonal Offices to implement the judgement. They have asked OUR I T CELL at Hydrabad to prepare a programme for the same. When I asked him about payment arrears he told me it will also paid as per judgement.
