Ckyc will be useful for overseas pensioners this year. Provided their registered mobile number as per LIC and as per CKYC matches.
In this case we won't ask for OTP.
If it doesn't matches, then OTP is sent on the CKYC mobile number.
Else as an alternative they can contact their pension disbursing offices for scheduling a video call for the submission.
Also, this year, the procedure related queries and feedbacks will be attended by the respective pension disbursing offices or their zonal offices.
Only technical feedbacks will be attended by IT.
