The enclosed COCircular is useful to allow Exgratia Payment sanctioned by recent Circular to grant the amounts mentioned for Age Groups 70-79 ,80-89& Pensioners above 90 in 3 Categories
It appears Exgratia amount was paid only at rates of Existing cadres in disregard of standing instructions & CLEARCUT clarification announced in earlier CO.circular giving no.room.for misinterpretations & allowing Higher amount mentioned against Scales of higher cadre to which their promotions were announced.Spirit of the Circular must be respected & honoured
Sure you as RM will implement & arrange to pay Difference WITHOUT leaving any such cases of Earlier years promotions too
