AN IMPORTANT AND URGENT REQUEST TO ALL PENSIONERS
1) All those who retired one day prior to the annual/
stagnation increment due date should immediately send letters to LIC demanding release of the increments with consequential benefits from the date of retirement with interest at 7 pc quoting the MP HC judgement.
2)All those who retired one day prior to the effective dates of all wage revisions ( for example on 31-7-22 /31-7-17/31-7-12 ect) should immediately write to LIC demanding the benefits of the wage revisions treating their retirement date as 1-8-22/1-8-17 ect quoting the SC judgement that there is nothing wrong in treating their retirement date as 1-8-22 and 1-8-17 ect as they served the organisation till the close of office hours on 31-7-22 and 31-7-17 ect.
Depending on the response of LIC we can think over the next course of action.
I REQUEST ONCE AGAIN THAT ALL PENSIONERS SHOULD GIVE TOP PRIORITY TO THIS.
