*We are glad to note that FOUR of our long pending demands very shortly see the light of the day.*

1) Engineers who were directly recruited as SEs and few more Ex-servicemen brothers will be offered OMOP.

2) *Increased Pension for Super Senior Pensioners is a boon in the evening of their life time.*

Ranging from 20% to 100% will benefit many.

3) Double the F P for those where Regular Pensioners have died before age 65 OR employees who have died while in-service, upto Age 67 of the Retiree / Employee or 7 yrs is finally met.

4) Pension fixation on Last Pay drawn OR 10 months Average - whichever is beneficial - benefits :

A) Those who have drawn an Increment in the last 10 months of their Service,

B) *Those Officers who got Scale of the higher Cadre during Last 10 months of Service.*

A great achievement, *possible only because of continuous and untiring efforts of NOIP Leadership.*
