After a long adjournment of more than five months,  LIC Pensioners are anxiously expecting their petitions to be listed in next month, the reform in SC: No regular matters on Wednesdays, Thursdays at Supreme Court: First reform by CJI. Instead, miscellaneous matters including transfer petitions and bail matters will be listed on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.', This is the first major reform undertaken by CJI, as per circular herein. The object of this arrangement would be to reduce the pendency of cases at the top court.
