Since our GS is not available for a couple of days, I am attaching the Draft Memorandum to be forwarded to the OBS of the affiliated units in your region and see that it is submitted to the SDM / ZM etc in charge of the office to be forwarded to the CEO-n-MD of LIC and the MDs and EDP.
