There is no cooperation between the 5 litigants which have minuscule following and one 85% strong following which is ant-worker. Anti-Pension, anti- promotion and its upgradation for the last 3 decades. Had they or their senior counsels ever met, how to bring litigation process to success since the case remanded to DHC by Misra bench wrongly. There is only up man ship since KMLA started litigation process two decades back. Let Retirees bet on the so called strong horse which tumbled down so far. There is no awakening during their service and after retirement and may extend another decade or so or till death. KARMA had taught every one who is unwilling to learn.
