It is raining season, for our age cab is the best solution from any station or Airport.

We are available To Welcome All of You From 30th October 2025 8 AM Onwards at *Hotel Simsan Koyambedu*
We have made all arrangements to make your stay comfortable including food.
*Our Volunteers with Hindi, English & Tamil Speaking will be at the Hotel to Guide You.*
1. At the Reception Counter at the Hotel Our Volunteers will allot you a room. *Please Bring the Original Aadhar Card & 2 Copies of Same.*
2. *The Credential Form* ( only for delegates ) will be handed over to you, along with files, batch & tag you can fill it up when you are free. *Batch & Tag is Necessary For All.*
3. Tea or Coffee will be available at a separate counter & a separate counter for Transport for local sightseeing & outside sightseeing is arranged. *Cost as per Transport Committee.*
Day 1 - Thursday - 30.10.2025
1. Breakfast is available to all who reach the venue by 9 AM. (*Others please have breakfast & come.*)
2. Those who are coming on 30.10.2025 should inform the Volunteers or us whether you want Lunch & Dinner at the Hotel or not. *Please Cooperate.*
3. *Room Services Cost has to be borne by the individual only.* We are not Responsible for that cost.
Day 2 - Friday - 31.10.2025
1. Bedrooms Tea/ Coffee Will Be Served in the Rooms itself between 6.30 AM to 7 AM.
2. Breakfast Fast at Ground Floor Restraunt Between 8 AM to 9.30 AM.
3. Tea/Coffee at 11.30 AM at the Conference Hall itself.
4. Banana Leaf 🍃 Service Lunch at Hall Opposite to Conference Hall at 1.30 PM to 2.30 PM. 1st Floor.
5. Tea/Coffee at 4:30 PM to 5 PM.
6. Dinner at Ground Floor Restraunt From 8 PM To 9.30 PM.
Day 3 - Saturday - 01.11.2025.
1. Bedrooms Tea/ Coffee Will Be Served in the Rooms itself between 6.30 AM to 7 AM.
2. Breakfast Fast at Ground Floor Restraunt Between 8 AM to 9.30 AM.
3. Tea/Coffee at 11.30 AM at the Conference Hall itself.
4. Buffet Lunch at Conference Hall or at Ground Floor Restraunt from 1.30 PM To 2.30 PM.
5. Tea/Coffee at 4:30 PM to 5 PM.
6. Dinner at Ground Floor Restraunt From 8 PM To 9.30 PM.( Depending upon Number of persons staying back.)
Day 4 - Sunday - 02.11.2025
1. Tea/ Coffee at room from 6 AM to 7 AM.
2. Breakfast at Ground Floor Restraunt - 7.30 AM to 9 AM.
3. *Check out at 9 AM.*
4. *Those Who Are staying back has to pay corresponding amount to Hotel for Extra Stay.*
5. *Best option is you can take luggage & hire a cab & go for sightseeing & reach Railway Station & Airport before 2 hours of Departure Time.*
