So one person who joined LIC as AAO got his 7th promotion with/without acquiring any professional qualifications which is mandated. He is asked to attend only one interview for the 7th promotion only. His batchmates might have got 4to 6 promotions. Thousands of unit employees/recruited after LIC formed retired in the entry level job Assistant/A+30 ie.,SH. Many who passed dept tests/Associate/fellowship exam also retired as Asst except a handful who appeared interview which was mandatory after the introduction of pension just for pittance of increase while earlier refused to attend interview became HGA. No doubt many chamchas of officers got many promotions. Mentors of LIC conditioned the staff and pensioners this is no discrimination along with pension/its upgradation and entered legal arena after two decades their pet idea of revolution all over India/world failed. They lost even bipartite TU rights for wages/pension upgradation under section 48 of LIC Act1981 unlike PSBs and pension from 1.9.56 unlike SBI with no intension to restore lost rights. Karma had punished one and all when LIC is capable of giving Pension from 1.9.56/its Upgradation/Interest on it till this day as LIC gave many many lakhs crores as windfall profit to GOI which recouped its investment of 5 crores with 12% interest cumulatively for 69 years and more. 50000 from LIC died during the last 69 years along with 50% Indian families without justice after freedom.
