*Re: Civil Appeal No.3465/2024 in Supreme Court.*

12.11.2025.

Dear Comrades,

*Re: Civil Appeal No.3465/2024 in Supreme Court.*

Our case came up for hearing at 11.15 am today before the bench headed by Hon'ble Justices JK Maheswari and Vijay Bishnoi at Court No.4.
Senior Counsel representing one of the Petitioners submitted that compilation of all the cases in lower courts has been submitted complying with Court's directive.

Adv Ranjithkumar representing LIC of India raised objection saying that the volumes of compilations contain pleadings and orders only and not relevant annexures relied upon.

The court ordered to file fresh volumes of compilations along with annexures and also one additional volume containing Rules and Acts by the respondents.
The Court authorised one nodal AOR Adv Ashish Garg from the Petitioners' side and Adv Chandrachud from the side of Respondents to coordinate.

The Court advised the Petitioners to file written submissions based on the fresh compilation books.

The matter stands adjourned to Wednesday, the 3rd December, 2025 for further hearing.
