M C Singla case is not going to be decided on 10th or 11th instant. Even it results WIN GOI will appeal to higher number of bench say 3, 5 .7,9 etc to nullify it as pensioners are considered Dead Wood who are not capable of any direct action. Further PSBs/GOI will see that In-Service is not dissatisfied abnormally so that they resort to direct action of continuous strike however technology has improved day by day. That has happened in the last 6 wage settlements ditching the retirees. By not recognising "pension is undisbursed low wages during service is a compensation after retirement". 85% In-service through their mentors collaborated with the GOI of the day. 85% retirees are satisfied with this arrangement as they themselves were in service from the date of Nationalisation and didn't fight for pension like SBI who got it and questioned its TU/political leadership for its neglect to protect retirees like SBI. Only few retirees had gone to judiciary which is denying justice by delay by not years but decades. All the retirees who got starvation/stagnant wages with no pension/pittance are dead like 80% poor in India. Present day retirees had benefits like Pension and 3% increase PA in wages by the generosity of PVN RAO from 1993 and initiated economic reforms to sustain it in order that working class of India is enjoying double the real wages in a period of three decades as against 3 dynastic regimes. Workers of Financial sector had not expressed a word of gratitude to him but rather abused him profusely. KARMA punished them suitably.
