Why don't BMS write such a letter on retirees of LIC which gave windfall profit of some lakhs crores in the form of 96.5% equity, dividend for 68 years on it, value of its Brand and enormous additional present value oi owned real estate assets? They didn't bother to resurrect their rights snatched in 1981 during the past 11 years of present regime ruling party to which it is affiliated. GOI already recovered more than the the cumulative value of its investment of 5 crores at 12% return at the time of IPO of LIC. LIC employees lost pension from 1956 to 1993 unlike SBI and upgradation of staggered pension like RBI few years back. The retirees reduced to fall over bones thrown after Bank men got their 6 periodical wage increase under ID Act 1947.They are begging at the altar of SC benches which ultimately will throw them into dustbin after decades of adjournments. Perhaps BMS had not joined the judicial process after learning what happened to temporary employees at SC after decades due to collaboration of mentors of 85% In-Service and Retirees and Management after making Assistants recruited transferred from private insurers retire in the entry level job /Asst+Rs.30 ie., derisively called S. H while officers and their few chamchas among them got 4 to 6 promotions for which KARMA punished them one and all in a staggered manner from 1.9.56 till this day just like atrocities heaped on Hindu Caste hierarchy from low in a staggered manner for 3000 years. So India is like a country in Sub-Saharan Africa trying to erase now after decades of freedom but it will take another 25 years to create an egalitarian society. One can imagine how many retirees will be alive at that time.
