Credit of Pension in time

Tonight I sent an email to CEO& MD for insuring   the credit of Pension in time. But nevertheless, the leadership at Z.O & DOs need to be in touch with authorities of O. S & A/C Deptts., So that pension Module & making of NEFT batches are completed in the first half of the 30.3.26.
The Mang. A/c must alert the Bank for timely payment and should see that there is no shortage of Funds.

What is the average wage/salary increase P.A from 1947 and decadal increase till now? AI Overview:
Since 1947, India's wage growth has been characterized by sharp contrasts between nominal increases (raw figures) and real growth (adjusted for inflation). While nominal government salaries have surged by over 30,000% since independence, real wage growth has often stagnated, particularly in the rural and manufacturing sectors during recent decades.
The following table highlights the shift in minimum and maximum monthly salaries for Central Government employees, which often sets the benchmark for formal sector wages:
Period / Pay Commission Min. Monthly Salary (Nominal) Max. Monthly Salary (Nominal) Approx. % Increase
1947 (1st PC) ₹55 ₹2,000 Baseline
1973 (3rd PC) ₹185 ₹3,500 ~236% (over 26 years)
1986 (4th PC) ₹750 ₹9,000 ~305% (over 13 years)
1997 (5th PC) ₹2,550 ₹30,000 ~240% (over 11 years)
2008 (6th PC) ₹7,000 ₹90,000 ~175% (over 11 years) (When GOI staff is always pro-govt except symbolic protest and got 3 times real wages, TUs in PSUs are anti-govt and conditioned its workers that they are leaders of socialist revolutions to sacrifice their personal benefit for the benefit of 80% families below them to get 2 times real wage increase with no promotion like GOI staff and no pension till 1993 and pension decreasing in almost all PSUs perhaps except loss making BSNL which is treated like GOI. They made In-Service of PSUs betray their own seniors for the last 3 decades in pension for minuscule increase further in wages.)
