SUPREME COURT CASE
Yet another disappointing Week. Our case slated for Wednesday & Thursday, has not been listed in this week too.
As reported earlier we are at the mercy of the Judicial System. Mentioning twice before Justice Maheshwari by the Sr. Advocates, yielding no results.
We are heading towards a very complex situation , if our case is not concluded before May 26. The month of June may see the Summer Holidays in SC and the retirement of Sr Judge Justice Maheshwari.
Then our case would go to entirely new Judges.
