I contact our AOR every Friday to know if our case is listed in the cause list for next week but every time, his reply is no which is discouraging.
As per him, we can make a Mention only. We have already made 2 Mentions so far and if advised, we will make a Mention again. We have sought an appointment with our Sr Counsel Mr Nidhesh Gupta through AOR to know of altrnatives. Our Legal team with myself and our President would go to Delhi once appointment is fixed.
