It is natural for GOI to take revenge against retirees of financial sector who were once militants to make standstill the economy of this country reduced to zero for hurling abuses against the present govt for 12 years and PVN RAO who gifted pensions to working class for his reforms introduced to sustain for 3% PA increase in real wages and now want to bring back dynasty rule and supported corrupt APA regimes for a decade Umpteen times a comment had been made in this blog that a three or more number bench SC will decide will decide pension upgradation cases as one senior counsel had raised the issue of "Manipur" to spoil the broth for coming decades so that two member benches can effectively shirk their responsibility when it was surely expected to get favourable judgments in the cases before vacation starts at SC. No one is prepared to undertake passive agitation like RBI staff for decades citing the fact of enormous windfall profit of lakhs of crores in LIC, SBI and PSBs even after write off of debts to willful defaulters in PSBs. Perhaps retirees who were In-service during six wage settlements never questioned their dictatorial attitude of their TU leaders for being partial are responsible for the present state of affairs after achieving benefits like Hindu caste hierarchy which made India with lowest per capita income in the world.
