*A guide for retired LICians experiencing issues with the Medi Buddy App*

Thank you for contacting MediBuddy. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

We request you to kindly follow the below steps:

Please reinstall the Medi Buddy app.

Mobile App Login Procedure

1. Open the Medibuddy application

2. Enter the Mobile Number

3. Enter the OTP sent on the Mobile number to log in to your Corporate Account. You will be able to see your Medibuddy Corporate benefits on Top of the screen.

4. If the Corporate account is not linked to the Mobile number, You will be able to see the Personal Account on Top of the Screen

a. Click on Personal Account and select "Link Your Corporate Account"

For retired employees : 

Click on "Login using Username & Password" 

User name 

(6 digit SR number@LIC) 

and 

Password your DOB(DDMMYYYY)

d. After linking the corporate account, you will be able to see the Medibuddy Corporate benefits on Top of the screen.

Web/Portal Login Procedure

1. Visit www.medibuddy.in

2. Select "I have a Corporate Account"

3. Enter the Registered Mobile Number, which is linked with the corporate account and verify the OTP sent to the registered Contact number to Log in. You will be able to see your Medibuddy Corporate benefits on Top of the screen.

4. If the Corporate account is not linked to the Mobile number, You will be able to see the Personal Account on Top of the Screen

a. Click on Personal Account and select "Link Your Corporate Account"

For in-service employees:

b. Enter the Corporate Email ID and Verify the OTP sent to Corporate Email ID 

c. Or else, 

For retired employers:

Click on "Login using Username & Password" and enter the User name(6 digit SR number@LIC) and Password DOB(DDMMYYYY)

d. After linking the corporate account, you will be able to see the Medibuddy Corporate benefits on Top of the screen.

If the issue persists, please revert back with Error Screenshot along with the Corporate Name, Emp Id, DOB and Contact details.
