Our cases are listed at item no. 176 in the weekly causelist of 20-21 May 2026 in court no. 12 before the bench of Justice Sanjay Kumar and Justice Vinod Chandran.
Generally, the status of the case is shown in the weekly list; but this time no status is shown.
So, the cases will be taken up as fresh. The daily list for 20.5.2026 too is published but our cases are not there in.
Whether our CAs would appear in the daily list of 21 is also doubtful.
Only solace is the bench is allotted, if no further changes are made. Our advocate will be advising us further developments shortly.

Without passive agitation continuously by In-service in LIC for years like freedom fighters they themselves and living retirees are not going to get pension upgradation and its arrears.They became selfish and betrayed their seniors who all died with low stagnant wages without pension for 37 years and loss of pensions increasing every five years for the simple fact of not accepting the fact of "pension is undisbursed amount after low wage during service" at the time of six wage settlements in a period of three decades. They had not confronted GOI and judiciary with the fact of GOI is having windfall profit of more than 10 lakh crores such as 96.5% shares,dividends for 68 years and difference between book-value and market value of huge real estate all over India after recouping the investment of 5 crores on 1.9.56 and a return of 12% PA cumulatively for 69 years when LIC/ GOI stated it is not viablefor the sake of polcy holders. As losses of retirees are very very different and their assets such as real estate, gold and corporate shares invested acquired during service and therafter from zero to a crore minimum like Hindu caste hierarchy to maintain stability for 3000 years there is no unity and question their mentors about wrong guidance. They had no sympathy for temp. employees who got good judgment after two decades by a pro worker bench tbe nullified by a three member bench with the collaboration of their mentor with LIC. An identical situation is happening in this case and it is no surprise. Didn't they know that loss making BSNL is paying its retirees at GOI rates by sheer selling their real estate vacant all over India due to advanced technolgy to mobile from dialling. A time may come when everything will be done "ON LINE" with very few employees with few real estate rest of them sold at huge profit to clean all all debts of GOI. It may happen in GOI, all states, PSBs and PSUs.
