These people were asked to sacrifice material comforts including their lives for an impractical UTOPIA from the days of freedom of country. What a funny thing when their mentors supported corrupt UPA regimes headed by a dynastic party dumping retirees in the most despicable inequality into say like Hierarchic Hindu caste society prevailing for 3000 years till now in economics It is more than 12 years since the UPA regime has been succeeded by NDA regime.The Pension disparity has got aggravated.It is nor a party based attitude but the systemic pattern. While they supported UPA regimes for a decade they were virulent anti-Modi for another decade.PVN RAO was abused for his reforms which made double the real wages.and pension to all.A systematic bungle Along with pensions in all PSUs,members of EPFO are getting pensions from Rs 1000 to 7500 due to refoms.A committee has recommended minimumRs7500 to all and increase to those whose wages are Rs 15000+ The caste system and parties in power are not at all relevant here. Let's not confuse the issue. It's purely a financial and legal matter One can have different views abount one thing. Unequal incomes are like unequal castes/religions.Main point is In-service refuse to share 3% less for the sake of retirees.All politicians are BAD. Please leave the classification of employees on the basis of caste, religion as constitutionally they can not be discriminated on these bases,but it's a fact that various unions of lic employees, rarely pick up pensioners issues ignore them keeping out from dialogue process of wage revision, though being well-known to the fact that in future these in service will turn into pensioners and pension is nothing but deferred wages,union leaders have no such vision, nothing goes in 2 or 3%adjustment in wage revision against enjoying longer fruits of r revised pension, so they loose benefits of other half of life, the period wherein they will have no say,it is the wisdom of unions leaders. This vicious cycle is continued for several years resulting into our present sufferings and pensioners union must raise this issue with present unions of employees, rather living in isolation and endlessly contesting the case independently in insensitive courts,jut think over recent cockroch /parasites remarks off cj on youth,they are so much prejudiced and malaise, even not sparing our new generations.
