I think it is almost clear that our case in SC will have to wait for allotment to a new bench after summer vacation. It might be difficult for any Union/Assn to find answer to Mr Raval's other query.
I think at present SC is busy in deciding day to day political cases and no time to listen to pension updation case of old pensioners even after decades. and after multiple benches
Multiple benches has no interst in deciding the matter.
Even for their own interest In-service should start immediately passive resistance continuously without break but it will not be palatable to their mentors. Past actions of retirees made 20000 unit
employees died in penury with low stagnant wages with no promotion/ pension from 1.9.56 31.10.93. For another three decades they ie.,In-service got continuous increase in wages and pensions at the rate 3% PA on average so that all are not affected equally. LIC employees had not bothered about the loss of TU rights for 45 years as benefits were flowing from banking sector cunningly arranged by DFS. Bank workers couldn't get benefits though capable to stall economy of the nation
