Had the pensioners then In-Service though no pension from 1.9.56 fought for the restoration of TU rights snatched under LIC Act 1981 by passive ressistance continuously for decades and approaching SC directly under the plea to grant fundamental rights, they could have demanded a 3% out of15% wage increase allowed by DFS every 5 years for 3 decades, even In-service could have been compensated by increase in pension after retirement. They need not depend on ripple effect from banking sector by DFS as charity and lead dignified lives.By being selfish and greedy, though preaching fake socialism and conditioned by 85% strong TU (which was against pension and its upgradation) suffered very much during the past 3 decades. Recent and less number of would be pensioners by betraying their own seniors are now destined to enjoy more and more like 20% families in India are exploiting 80% families which is normal in a Capitalist Society. They are not going to get justice from SC which always justify discrimination in 78+ years whatever may be stated in our constitution.
