The Supreme Court of Indiaia had organised“SAMADHAN SAMAROH” whichh commenced from 21st April, 2026 and was to culminaate in the holding of a Special Lok Adalat on 21st, 22nd and 23rd August, 2026. The Court had also iddentified certain categories of disputes as fit for refererence to the Special Lok Adalat for resolution. The matter related to Service Laws was one such cateegory.
This Special Lok Adalat aimmed to facilitate amicable settlement of pending matttters before the Supreme Court of India through connsent-based resolution mechanisms. Towards this purpose, the Mediationon Centre of the Delhi HC had been entrusted with thehe responsibility of obtaining the consent from the partieies to the dispute before 31st July 2026. In our case, all the petitioners seized this opportunity to bring an early end to our long-drawn legal dispute and submitttted their consent well before due date but the responddents – GoI and LIC –did not. Regrettably, they did not submit their consent even in the extended periodd of upto 15th August. As a result, this alternative dispspute resolution mechanism has come to a naught ass far as the Pensioners are concerned and we have noow to fight the legal battle in the Supreme Court with renewed vigour without any letup. As in the past,t, AIRIEF will certainly play its role in presenting our case in a very effective manner.

Pemsioners' betrayals toward their own seniors every five years as per the directions of their 85 % strong anti-worker/anti-promotion/anti-pension and its upgradation TU from 1.9.56 by not demanding pension like "Oriental life and SBI" indulged in anti-mainframe (which is after all not a computer without a internet) agitation for decades resulting TU rights withdrawn and assts retiring in life long entry grade itself resulting reduced basic pension unlike officers with no intention to recoup lost TU rights. Now they are bold enough to say that they got back PF their contribution by commuting one third basic pension and all the pensions received are third benefit which may be different for different persons till death which fulfilled the desire of their TU mentors. Unless other15% pensioners tell the fact of LIC gave windfall profit of more than 10 lakh crores to GOI(ie.,96.5% shares +dividends for 69 years +brand value +difference between market value and book value which is utlised by loss making BSNL to give pensions at GOI rates) which had after all recovered the initial investment of 5 crores on 1.9.56 with 12% PA return for 69 years cumulatively to LOK ADALAT/SC in reply to non-affordability by LIC, they are doomed to die without any sympathy from any quarters not only from 1.9.56 but from this day to eternity till no one is left behind. It is called KARMA known for 5000 years. They were instructed by by their mentors by establishing "Paradise on earth" ideology practiced by Soviet Union and China for 7 and 3 deades to sacrifice their lives rather than enjoy present life perhaps like Islam and Christian preachers as Paradise in Heaven forever "for the future generation which had been achieved by In-service staff with double the real wages while in service and double the pension after retirement compared to pre economic revolution in 1991. No one is/was prepared to undertake passive resistance against cruelty against the combine of TU/LIC/GOI unlike what happened in RBI for decades. One noble individual who started litigation process was abused like anything while he was alive by 85% majority.
