Productivity per employee had gone up during the last 3 decades since the introduction of pension with digitalisation of business process with internet. Recent pensioners and In-service betrayed their seniors every 5 years at the time of wage increase by not accepting the fact that "Pension is undisbursed wage which was low during service paid after retire ment". Rather they are proud of their 85% strong anti-worker, anti- promotion, anti-pension and its upgradation TU saying their life long achievement of 2nd benefit by encashing 1/3rd basic pension and whateve pension received is 3rd benefit (as against bankers' TU where PSBs are bankrupt loss making BSNL is paying GOI pension) They are/were not prepared to agitate that pension from 1.9.56 like "Oriental Life/SBI /GOI be given from windfall profit of more than 10 lakh crores which is given from LIC to GOI in the form of 96.5% shares, dividend for 69 years after recovering the investment of 5 crores on 1.9.56 with 12% return PA cumulatively for 69 years. They (ie.,may be 15%) are splitting hairs on legal terms to dupe one and all which will not be accepted by SC even after many decades which is the norm without passive resistance unlike in RBI.
