LOK ADALAT
( 20 ,21 & 22 nd August 26 at S.C)
This evening, I had a talk with Our AOR Sri R. K. Garg ji, requested him to check up from the Cause List, if our cases are listed for hearing with LOK ADALAT on any of the above three dates. I am sorry to inform you all that as per him, Our Cases are not listed for the considerstion of Lok Adalat on any of the above dates. *A Great setback and disappointment to all of us. We all together, made very sincere efforts to convince the LIC & DFS to join the Samadhan Samaroh (Lok Adalat) and come out with some negotiated settlement, but all failed. The Pensioners had pinned a very high hope with LOK ADALAT, their hopes are shattered. We feel very sorry for them.*
Let us not lose our hearts. The battle is still on. We will fight back together, through our Civil Appeals in the Supreme Court. THE TRUTH IS WITH US.
